The brushes used for the clouds were the hard round brushes(any of them) with smudge effects, and Starscream was painted with one of the brush packs that came with photoshop...I think it was Wet Media Brushes > flat, with the opacity and size jitter set to pen pressure

srry it took so long for the reply, but thanks for the comment and fav on my transformers wall, and as for the blurring, I wanted to apply the motion blurring, but my painting skills are far from being able to manually apply it correctly so I abandoned the idea.

the one in MT was a whole lot rougher, and not really all that much glowy. Took some time cleaning it. but nonetheless, nothing much changed.
